Yes we do BUT ONLY BY SPECIAL ARRANGEMENT and this service will most likely incur an extra charge – please enquire at time of order.
We are a delivery company only. However, sometimes customers may require just a little bit of turf or perhaps just need a little more to finish off their project. If this is the case we are able to direct customers to a central garden centre that stocks our “family” lawn turf where you can call in person. Please note that no other products are currently available for self-collect.
Yes in some circumstances we can do this. This service is entirely at the discretion of our drivers when they arrive at the delivery. Health and safety is paramount to us at all times. If we decide that the vehicle cannot obtain a solid surface access close enough to the delivery we will not be able to deliver in this manner.
Materials are delivered by a BRS Garden Group vehicle using our hiab-crane offload wagon. A Flat bed truck normally would be used to deliver items such as lawn turf. Please note deliveries are to kerb side only. We will not be liable for any damage to property if the customer has asked for the delivery vehicle to drive onto their property.
Our preferred method of payment is by debit card at time of order or you can pay on a “cash on delivery basis” if agreed at time of order.
Once an order has been placed an agreed day will be given for delivery. Sometimes we are able to offer a.m. or p.m. deliveries depending on how busy we are. We try to accommodate deliveries at short notice but usually delivery is within 2-3 working days.We ask that you plan your project and give as much notice as possible as we get very busy in high season.
We try to stick to a minimum order value of £50 if your order value is less please contact us and we will try our best to accommodate you and your delivery. In some cases your delivery will incur a surcharge depending on your order value and destination. This will be confirmed by a member of our staff before payment is taken.
No not necessarily if payment has been prepaid. In these circumstances our delivery driver will deliver to a point that they see fit. A receipt can be posted through a letter box unless a prior arrangement has been made to email your receipt, or other. We are not responsible, in any manner, for materials left at your property by deliveries made with no recipient.
